PRINTED LABELS
Storm's printing processes include screen print and digital print. We primarily
print onto self adhesive vinyls. Mark resistant PVC and polyesters are also
available.
Whatever the material, make sure your brand sticks. All our labels are
durable, suitable for both interior and exterior use. Different grades are
available depending upon your requirement. Our sales team will be able to
advise you on the best product for you.
Digital print is ideal for lower volume work especially for full colour.
Our inkjet printer, specially designed for printing onto vinyl, gives high
quality full colour images from 18mm diameter up to 1350mm wide. We can
match to most pantone numbers.
Our digital capabilities enable us to produce samples cost effectively.
Sequentially numbered labels available too.
Screen print is ideal for spot colour replication. Our experienced team
can match to any colour you require. For that extra durability we can under
surface print onto Mark resistant PVC - ideal for labels which are subjected
to high levels of handling, such as Power Tools.

Calendared vinyl is manufactured in a ball and spread. Therefore it has a 'memory' so, over a period of time, it will shrink back a fraction. This type of vinyl has a life of up to 5 years external and is suitable for the majority of applications. We use a 3 year calendared vinyl on 90% of our products.
Cast vinyl is as it sounds and is cast into a sheet from a liquid format and has no 'memory'. It is slightly thinner than calendared vinyl and can have an external life of up to 10 years.
