And now for the technical information:

Bubble Badges are created by dispensing a two part liquid resin which flows to the edge of the badge. This forms a meniscus (like the top of a glass of water) and when cured, creates a high quality, glossy 3D badge. These can be made to any shape, the only limitation is sharp returns and all corners must have a minimum of 1mm radius applied. Resin domed emblems have the following characteristics:
